Active driversPacific time · Availability is based on imported NEMTP hours minus rotating days off and recorded Paylocity time off. Dispatch assignments are not included.
Upload a full NEMTP driver report. Only active driver names, weekday availability, and Special Requests (when exported) are imported. Holding Pen is excluded.
This replaces the active roster snapshot. Drivers missing from the report become inactive. Manual regions, counties, exclusions, and Paylocity name matches are kept. Change working hours in NEMTP, then upload a new report.
Other report fields—including contact, address, and license details—are discarded before anything is sent.
Separate NEMTP roster. Regions, counties, and Paylocity name matches save automatically. Working hours can only be updated by importing a new NEMTP report.
Paylocity Name Match lists names from the calendar's time-off employee list. Leave blank for an exact name match. Use the dropdown to link nicknames or different names. County labels are shared with Calendar → Region Management; assignments here are separate.

Upload a full driver CSV to update active drivers, weekly hours, and Special Requests when included. Holding Pen is excluded; missing drivers become inactive.
Upload one or more ICS exports to add or update requests. Omitted requests are retained; removed requests can be reimported.
Requested time off, not confirmed absence or actual utilization. All percentages use the full latest active NEMTP roster as the denominator, including when filtering by Region or County. Regional circles show each region’s contribution to the overall percentage, including partial-day requests. Each matched driver counts once per date.
Concurrent time-off requests clipped to imported shifts after saved rotating days off. Each driver counts once. Percentages show affected drivers as a share of the full active NEMTP roster; Scheduled shows the filtered shift count. This estimates scheduled capacity affected, not lost trips, billing, or actual utilization. Unlinked names and invalid times are excluded.
Requests = distinct imported request IDs. Request days = dates touched. All Day uses 8 labor hours per request day; partial days use their recorded duration. Overlapping separate requests can inflate requested hours; Coverage Overlaps removes that duplication. Missing request types are shown as Unspecified. Historical percentages use today’s roster and assignments.
Admin history of successful Paylocity ICS and NEMTP CSV imports. Times are Pacific. Failed uploads never appear as completed imports.
Older entries may have summary-only or partial history. “Not recorded” means the original history cannot establish that number. This log records imports, not every manual edit or request removal. Imported private notes and leave reasons are not copied into this log.
Ranked by the share of the full active roster with requests. Planning flags are not approval decisions. Partial days count.
No review status is saved automatically. This is a read-only planning brief.
Current roster, geographic assignments and saved rotation rules are used for all dates. Unlinked names are excluded from driver percentages and overlap hours; invalid times are excluded from hours. Recorded requests are not proof that a full export was uploaded.
